"Five ways to good health"
Healthy diet- If you want to have a good health try to avoid eating junk food and sodas. Eat more vegetables, fruit and milk. Don't forget eating more fish and chicken.Eating in a quiet atmosphere- You should eat, at home or at work, without having a row or watching TV, specially the news. It could affect your digestion.
Do some exercise- If you can't go to a gym, try to go for a walk or ride a bicycle at list twice a week.
Relax and rest your mind- It's very important for your health having enough time to relax because stress can affect not only your mind but also your body.
Visit a doctor - You should visit a doctor at list once a year and never take medicines on your own.
